Fruitini was a new product lanuched by Del Monte for kids with crazy cocktails of fruit flavours.

The planned launch was at the time when Jackass was at its height of popularity. So a group of giant manic fruit doing crazy stunts seemed like a completely natural thing to do.

Filmed in the South of France we soon found out that the French don't really go a bundle on fruit flavoured jelly. When the gelatine that we were using to fill up a paddling pool wouldn't set a runner was sent over from the UK with two suitcases full of Rowntrees Jelly and a night of jelly making ahead of him.

We also found out that French stunt men don't like running on grass in bare feet. Only in trainers. Bare feet? On soft grass? 'Non!'
